Shipping Policies

Shipping within the USA is free on orders over $200 (including HI and AK)

For orders below $200 shipping is calculated based on order weight.

For international shipping please contact us first at: ask@asktowels.com

We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties charged on orders delivered outside the US.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your ask towel purchase, we will start a return for you. Our policy for returns is store credit or merchandise only within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
